The Big Payback (Part 2)

It’s 2005 Y’all (2012)! It’s been over 10 years (20yrs), since I started Informer Hip-Hop Magazine-my printed adventure into the hip-hop magazine world. I remember the only web design experience I had back then was creating a home page for Informer Magazine from my personal AOL account. I used the only WYSIWYG web design product out, Adobe PageMill! Who remembers that? I even had the nerve to print the url in the magazine too… “http://aol.member.com/informermag/index.html.” Wow how far we have come…

Well things have changed and I’ve designed several websites since then. This is the new ‘Informer.’ Not quite the same content but the same passion I had back in ’93 when I was a young 21 year-old hip-hop loving graphic design student at California State University, Sacramento (Do the math! I’ll be 33 this year and so WHAT!… actually that was 7yrs ago. I just turned 40).

Anyways, I’ll talk a little about myself and my adventures in the entertainment industry throughout my future posts. Hopefully I’ll have something that I can scrap together one day and get published…that would be the lick! See ya soon.
